Organizational Skills Tip #1: Homework Routine
There should be a consistent time set aside daily for homework. Students should have a list of all homework assignments to be worked on for the day. As students finish their assignments, they should check them off the list.

These skills can be the difference between a poor student and a successful student. Children without organizational skills more often than not, tend to fall behind and suffer with low grades. They have trouble keeping track of assignments and/or constantly losing things.

If traveling to another country with your children, be sure to bring all birth certificates, passports and documentation with you. Single parents traveling with children should bring a letter signed by the other parent giving permission for travel listing dates, location and names of those in the travel party.
