The money raised will go towards supporting their programs and services including case management, day care, transportation and job development for families.
Hillside School Calendar Raffle Winner

Giving Back to the Community
For the past 14 years Y3K Tutor In Your Home has frequently given back to the community. Now as we are into our 15th year in business, Y3K Tutor In Your Home will continue to show our appreciation to the community with donations. In addition to our annual collection drive for dogs and cats, we often donate to local fundraisers including schools, libraries, charities, youth sports, playgrounds, youth theater, temples, churches and scholarships.

Newton-Wellesley Hospital
There will be a silent auction for the Newton-Wellesley Hospital Annual Gala. This year’s event will help shed light on opioid and substance use disorders in our community. With the Y3K Tutor In Your Home auction donation, they will be able to support the launch of the Newton-Wellesley Hospital’s multidisciplinary service dedicated to preventing and treating substance use disorders.
Loring Elementary School
The Loring Parent Teacher Organization Auction Fundraiser will be held this coming Saturday. The event will be held at the Weston Country Club. There will be a Y3K Tutor In Your Home tutoring and test preparation certificate up for auction. The proceeds from the event support educational materials and enrichment activities that benefit the students ant the Israel Loring Elementary School in Sudbury, MA.
Haynes Elementary School Sudbury Tutoring
This coming Saturday is the day where you can bid on the Y3K Tutor In Your Home tutoring and test prep donation and help the Haynes Elementary School of Sudbury, MA at the same time. The Haynes Organization of Parents (HOP) will be running their annual auction fundraiser. Y3K Tutor In Your Home believes in and is a big supporter of furthering education in the Sudbury, MA community. Our donation and your bids will help the Haynes Elementary School with STEAM enrichment programs as well as classroom equipment, supplies and professional development for teachers.
Boston Tutoring
The Sportsmen’s Tennis and Enrichment Center in Boston, MA will be having their silent auction this coming Friday. If you attend the Dorchester event called The Sportsmen’s Tennis Ball, be on the lookout for the Y3K Tutor In Your Home donation for tutoring and test prep. The money raised will help them support high quality free and low-cost youth programs year round. Boston youth’s lives will be enriched through our donation and your bids.
Needham High School Tutor
Look for the Y3K Tutor In Your Home auction donation at the Needham High School Craft Fair. Your bids on our tutoring donation will allow the Needham High School Parent Teacher Council to enhance and enrich programs. The money raised will go to provide learning opportunities at Needham High School and to help make sure that all students have the same high school experience regardless of financial need.
The Purr-fect Cat Shelter PetWalk
Join Y3K Tutor In Your Home at The Purr-fect Cat Shelter’s PetWalk this coming Sunday. While there, be sure to look for the Y3K Tutor In Your Home tutoring and test prep services certificate we donated to the event. The money raised helps homeless cats in need.
Parmenter Foundation Tutoring – Sudbury MA
Y3K Tutor In Your Home is proud to donate tutoring and test prep services to Parmenter’s Hoedown for Hope Auction in Sudbury, MA. Proceeds from the Hoedown will be used to support Parmenter’s children bereavement programs, including CareGroup Parmenter’s HEARTplay and Camp Erin Boston.
The money raised from your bids goes to a children’s bereavement program that utilizes the creative arts to help young hearts heal through on-going monthly workshops. It is designed to support children and teens ages 3 – 19 who have lost someone close to them (often a parent or sibling). Our donation also goes to fund, Camp Erin Boston, which offers annual weekend camp for 60 children between the ages of 6 and 17. Camp Erin Boston combines traditional camp activities with professionally led grief and healing programs. Y3K Tutor In Your Home is honored to help these children in need.
